Athens Youth Camp

Athens YC is in Athens, Michigan, and it's a totally free youth camp. Jason has gone for many years and we went again this year so that he could be DORM DAD! AHHHHHH!!! Anyway, he survived the boys and I survived the separation. : )

We were also the leaders of one of the 12 teams. Our team name was the Contenders. We had a great group of kids but no matter how hard we tried, we still came in last. : ( BUT, we did win one of our 12 games. : ) Yeah!

Bro. Don Davison, from GBS, was the evangelist and the Zieglers, pastors in Indiana, were the singers. God came in a marvelous way on Friday night. There was no preaching and many campers either got help, were saved, or got sanctified. It was wonderful! A big majority of the campers were street kids so it was really a blessing to hear their glowing testimonies and feel the Lord when they testified.

We had a great time.
